Geneva to Nice & Marmotte Granfondo Alps Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of the Geneva to Nice and Marmotte Granfondo Alps holidays, it is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. This is to protect SportActive Cycling from incurring unforeseen costs.
Please make yourself aware of the Terms and Conditions that apply to both the Geneva to Nice and Marmotte Granfondo Alps holidays prior to booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- The Geneva to Nice Holiday must be paid in full 84 days (12 weeks) prior to the start of the holiday, which commences on the 13th June 2026. As such, the holiday has to be paid in full by the 21st March 2026.
- The Marmotte Granfondo Alps Holiday must be paid in full 84 days (12 weeks) prior to the start of the holiday, which commences on the 28th June 2026. As such, the holiday has to be paid in full by the 5th April 2026.
- Cancellation is subject to refund forfeit conditions. Please see the table below:

For example. If you were to cancel 30 days before your holiday begins, a 90% forfeit applies to the total price of the holiday. Your refund would be 10% of the total holiday price.
All other terms and conditions apply to Geneva to Nice & Marmotte Alps as per SportActive Cycling’s other holidays. Where conflict arises, Geneva to Nice/Marmotte Granfondo Alps Terms and Conditions take precedence.
By booking a place on the Geneva to Nice or Marmotte Granfondo Alps holidays you agree to the Geneva to Nice/Marmotte Granfondo Alps Terms and Conditions.
